About Jennifer Lee, MD
I am a pediatric hospitalist who believes that high-quality care is built not just on evidence-based practice, but on empathy, equity, and systems that work for everyone. My work focuses on integrating patient safety, quality improvement, and family-centered care to enhance the inpatient experience for children and caregivers. At the heart of my efforts is a deep commitment to making pediatric hospital systems safer, kinder, and more effective—one pathway, one process, one patient at a time
Dr. Jennifer Lee is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· and an Assistant Attending Physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Komansky Children’s Hospital at 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital. She completed her undergraduate studies at Cornell University and earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, followed by a faculty appointment at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She completed additional training in quality improvement and patient safety through the Intermediate Improvement Science Series at the James M. Anderson Center for Health Systems Excellence at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the Clinical Quality Fellowship Program sponsored by the Greater New York Hospital Association and United Hospital Fund.
